What should I do if my order was never delivered?

If you've been notified that your package was delivered but haven't received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, email us, and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that claims for "unreceived packages" must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery notification. Claims submitted after this 10-day period will not be accepted.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and wish to purchase, please email us before placing your order so we can confirm any applicable international shipping fees.

How long does it take to ship and/or receive my order?

 

The total time to receive your order includes both processing and delivery times.

Processing typically takes 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping, based on your location, are as follows:

USA: 5-7 business days (after processing)

 

What if I provided the wrong address?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Orders returned to us by the mail carrier due to an "invalid address" or "undeliverable address" can be reshipped, but a $8 processing and reshipment fee will apply. You have 20 days from when the order is returned to us or reported as not received to request reshipment. After 20 days, the order will be added back to our inventory and unavailable. Please note that all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Once production of your item begins, exchanges are no longer possible. If you need to request a change, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the adjustment before production starts. Email us with your order confirmation number in the subject line.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

All Sales Are Final

You may return an item within 15 days of receipt only if it is misprinted, damaged, or defective. This includes issues such as faulty printing, tears, holes, or receiving a different size than what was ordered. Please note that product images in our store may be enlarged for clarity, and colors may appear differently on your product compared to your computer monitor or mobile device. Variations in design size or color are not considered defects.

If you received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service at blackandexhausted@gmail.com to begin the return process. All eligible items will be replaced with the same product in the same color—no exceptions.
